An 11 week programme to give support to those who have suffered a bereavement. It consists of small groups meeting informally to watch a DVD dealing with various aspects of the grieving process followed by discussion, as participants feel able. Refreshments are served and confidentiality within the group is stressed.

Examples of subjects covered: ‘The effects of grief’,‘Why’ and ‘Heaven’.
